Looking at ways to maximise his property's potential, Mr Lawson had designed an extension and terrace himself to suit the particular location of the house.
Having used Nolan before, Mr Lawson once again contacted the Carmarthen showroom for a quotation before going ahead with the work.
The conservatory style extension was finished in wood-effect uPVC for ease of maintenance. The extension also accommodates a roof terrace, making use of the property's location and from where views across the rolling countryside can be admired.
