The owners of this three storey Victorian mid terrace house wanted to have access to their garden from the middle floor with French Doors leading onto a terraced area. In addition to installing the doors, they asked Nolan uPVC to build the terrace so that it would make the garden larger, provide a dry storage area underneath and give the option of adding a conservatory a later date. Nolan uPVC designed and built three pillars as a base for the concrete terrace. They rendered the whole structure, laid the black limestone slabs and finished off underneath with uPVC cladding.

"This was a particularly difficult job as there is no rear or side access to the house and all the materials used were extremely heavy in order to withstand the weight of a conservatory should we choose to add one at some stage.
