New £1 Million HQ and Showroom
Nolan uPVC has relocated all its operations into its new premises at the former creamery at Llanstephan Road, Johnstown, Carmarthen.

"We have spent around £1.5 million refurbishing the disused buildings," explains Nolan uPVC founder and managing director Nolan Nicholas. "We are delighted with the finished result and believe that the work not only sets us up to fulfil our expansion plans over the next few years, but also dramatically improves this previously derelict site."

The new state-of-the art facilities are enabling Nolan uPVC to centralise its manufacturing, administration, sales and distribution operations under one roof, moving the 100-strong workforce from the current site at Fair Lane, Carmarthen and its distribution centre in Cross Hands.

The site incorporates a new 4,500 sq ft walk-in design studio on 2 floors which includes 5 conservatories and is open 6 days a week. The company will also maintain its design studio in Cardiff - the largest uPVC showroom in Wales.

"We have bold expansion plans for Nolan uPVC," continues Nolan Nicholas. "This £1million investment is a key part of that strategic growth. Not only have we created a modern, sophisticated environment for our staff, but we have also upgraded plant and machinery, as well as logistics and IT capabilities.

It will help us grow our customer base, manufacturing output and workforce whilst still maintaining the high quality product and service ethos which is core to our success."

The regeneration of the Llanstephan Road site is a joint initiative between Carmarthenshire County Council and Nolan uPVC.
