Traditional in style, box sash uPVC vertical sliding windows are particularly suitable for period homes and listed buildings, or in areas such as porches and walkways where you don't want a window that opens outwards.
The top and bottom window sashes move up and down, and when open, allow for plenty of ventilation. The sashes can be tilted in for easy cleaning of the exterior glass, which is particularly useful for windows above ground floor level.
They work well in combination with picture windows and arched windows for more dramatic architectural styling. You can enhance the aesthetics of your windows further by adding Georgian bars and fixings.
