I am writing to thank you for your good customer service received when I needed my window cills replaced in my conservatory you built for us seven years ago. I have a ten year guarantee with you and my cills had cracked. I phoned your Carmarthen branch and spoke to your receptionist who was very nice and helpful over the phone and dealt with the problem quickly and booked me in for the cills to be replaced within 2 weeks, which I was very pleased with as I was going on holiday for two weeks and thought I would not hear from you until I came back, which would have been June. The builder came first thing on 13th May and replaced my window cills. He was very professional and quick and I was happy with everything. Thank you very much for your service. It was great and stress free for me, which I am very grateful for.
