While renovating an old farmhouse, Mr Vaughan-Harries was looking for a quality finish in a traditional look that would not only complement the character of the existing property, but at the same time add a modern feel to the new extension.Traditional-looking uPVC white sliding sash windows were chosen and installed in the farmhouse. Aluminium was chosen for the bifold doors of the extension, with aluminium front and back doors were fitted to the main property.
The farmhouse now offers a cosy haven for the family. By using quality, modern uPVC and aluminium the property is now much better insulated. Overall the choice of windows and doors gives the farmhouse a traditional, but contemporary feel.
